KDB Community Service Program

Report your community service online.

Through the years, over a million volunteers have collected many thousands of pounds of trash from the streets, waterways, and neighborhoods of Denton. Team with Keep Denton Beautiful to clean up Denton, and participate in our Community Service Volunteer program. You can help reduce roadside litter, and receive community service hours!

Work on your own time!
1 bag of litter = 1 hour of service

Who joins our program?

Steps to joining

For non-court appointed hours
If you are a student or just want to volunteer with us, we appreciate your interest in Keep Denton Beautiful. To get started,

  1. Complete the Intent to Volunteer form to receive a location assignment, and
  2. read our Student Volunteer guidelines (.pdf).

  3. REMEMBER(!) to report your community service hours here!

Have court-appointed hours?
Volunteers fulfilling court appointed hours are required to attend a sign-up session to join our program. We hold sign-up sessions weekly where you fill out the necessary paperwork and receive your site assignment. You must pre-register to attend this sign up session. To pre-register, contact us (see below).

Note for Denton County Probation volunteers
Before calling to pre-register, ask your probation officer to fax over 3 items. If your officer has questions, have them contact us. You cannot attend a session unless we have this information on file.
