The Denton Redbud Festival is Denton’s official Arbor Day event, hosted by and benefiting the nonprofit organization Keep Denton Beautiful, Inc. Currently in its 25th year, the festival is an indoor/outdoor event.
Vendor space for the Denton Redbud Festival starts at $100 for a single booth space, and prices are structured depending on location and booth size. Space is limited, so please apply early!
*Note that only vendors who offer home- and garden-related goods and/or services will be considered for exhibitor space at the Denton Redbud Festival. Vendors from multi-level sales companies such as Scentsy and Tupperware are not eligible for participation. See below for an exhaustive list of accepted exhibitor categories. All applications are subject to review and must be approved by Keep Denton Beautiful, Inc. (KDB). Please contact KDB directly with any questions regarding vendor eligibility.
UPDATE TO VENDOR PRICING & GUIDELINES:
- Prospective vendors are advised to thoroughly read the updated Official Vendor Guidelines for the Denton Redbud Festival, prior to submitting an application.
- We offer KDB Business Member pricing and Non-Business Member pricing. Non-Business Members are, of course, eligible to participate as vendors, but KDB Members receive discounted booth pricing as a thank you for their support of KDB. Become a KDB Business Member by clicking here.
- Indoor Vendors are limited to a double booth size, unless special arrangements are made with KDB.
- Access to electricity, corner, end-cap, high visibility booths, and special requests are considered “extras”. These “extras” will be added to the booth fee.

Educational opportunities for gardening, home improvement and environmental sciences.
Renewable energy sources for home and garden, such as solar and wind power.
Food and Agriculture
Local food products, urban farming, and community supported agriculture.
Gardening and Landscaping
Native plant sales; water-saving or Texas-smart landscaping resources; chemical-free gardening techniques; certified arborist services.
Green Building and Remodeling
Green design, energy-efficient/green remodeling techniques, and environmentally friendly building products.
Handmade and Local
Denton-specific products; handmade products for home and garden.
Products or services for the home that feature natural, low-impact ingredients and methods; encourage reduction of household waste; or improve home energy efficiency.
Products and information that facilitate recycling, composting, reuse, or other waste reduction efforts.
Water-saving irrigation; energy-efficient appliances.
