Volunteer with us at a Garden Workday!

With the help of community volunteers, Keep Denton Beautiful maintains the Denia Wildflower Garden, located on Parvin Road in Denton, in front of the Denia Recreation Center. Since the gardens was established, volunteers of all ages have donated their time to maintain this native wildflower meadow-style garden and help it flourish. Volunteers weed, cut back plant material, lay down mulch, and participate in other gardening work; in exchange, they receive educational information from KDB about native plants, Denton’s soil and ecology, and earth-friendly gardening techniques. A number of local partners contribute to the gardens through in-kind donations, volunteer assistance, and financial support. KDB regularly holds volunteer workdays in the gardens, and is always looking for help and resources to keep the gardens healthy and beautiful! Call: (940) 349-8737 Email: volunteer@kdb.org
