What is the Denton Redbud Festival?
The Denton Redbud Festival is the official Arbor Day event for the City of Denton, Texas. The Redbud Festival , in addition to being an Arbor Day celebration event, also includes a Home and Garden Show with more than 60 booths showcasing a wide variety of gardening, landscaping, and home improvement products.
KDB welcomes attendees of all ages, and will feature a Kids Zone complete with bounce houses and children's environmental activities to keep young festival goers entertained. Admission to the Denton Redbud Festival is FREE for all attendees!
Where and when is the 2010 Denton Redbud Festival taking place?
The Denton Redbud Festival will take place on Saturday, April 10, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Denton Civic Center, 321 E. McKinney Street. Activities and booths are scheduled for both inside and outside the Civic Center building.
Will the festival be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather?
No. The Denton Redbud Festival will take place – rain or shine – as scheduled.
Will Redbud trees be for sale at the Festival?
Yes! Redbud trees will be available for purchase at the Festival on a first come, first served basis.
What is the cost of admission for the Festival?
There is no cost to attend the Denton Redbud Festival - it's free!
